  2. أخطر صاحب العمل كتابياً وأعطه ٣ أيام للرد
  3. قدّم شكوى: عبر منصة مساند (musaned.com.sa) أو منصة ودي
  4. في حال تكرار التأخير: يحق لك إنهاء العقد والمطالبة بجميع مستحقاتك كاملة

💡 إذا تأخر الراتب أشهراً متعددة

وفق أحكام نظام العمل، تكرار تأخير الراتب يُعدّ إخلالاً جوهرياً من صاحب العمل ويُعطيك حق إنهاء العقد وفق م.٨١ مع الاحتفاظ بجميع حقوقك.

📜 نظام حماية الأجور — وزارة الموارد البشرية: التأخير أكثر من ١٠ أيام مخالفة صريحة توجب الشكوى.

💡 تكرار التأخير لأكثر من ثلاث مرات في السنة يُعزز موقفك القانوني بشكل كبير.

📜 المادة ١٠٧ — نظام العمل: يُصرف للعامل عن ساعات العمل الإضافية أجر يعادل أجره العادي مضافاً إليه ٥٠٪.

حكم خاص برمضان يفوت كثيرين — وانتهاكه مخالفة قانونية.

🌙 حكم شهر رمضان المبارك

وفق المادة ٩٨ من نظام العمل، تُخفَّض ساعات العمل لجميع المسلمين في رمضان إلى:

  • 🕐 ٦ ساعات يومياً (بدلاً من ٨)
  • 📅 ٣٦ ساعة أسبوعياً (بدلاً من ٤٨)

هذا حق قانوني لا منحة من صاحب العمل.

⚠️ ماذا لو طُلب منك أكثر؟

أي ساعة تتجاوز ٦ ساعات يومياً في رمضان للمسلم تُعدّ ساعة إضافية تستحق أجر ١.٥× وفق المادة ١٠٧.

📜 المادة ٩٨ — نظام العمل: في شهر رمضان تُخفَّض فعلية العمل للمسلمين إلى ٦ ساعات في اليوم أو ٣٦ ساعة في الأسبوع.
